Reiki Level I Class

Discover the transformative power of Reiki in our Level I class. Join us at Flow Yoga & Wellness in Santa Barbara, CA, for an enriching exploration of Reiki's principles, history, and practical applications.

In this class, you will:

- Gain insight into the essence of Reiki, its workings, and rich traditions.

- Explore the five Reiki Principles for manifesting and sustaining healing in your life.

- Learn to channel Reiki energy for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

- Acquire skills to extend healing energy to your loved ones, including pets.

- Master the art of conducting a Reiki Level 1 session for self-healing.

- Develop proficiency in offering a full Reiki session for the treatment of others.

Upon completion, you will be awarded a Reiki Level I Practitioner Certification.

- Dates: Saturday 2/10/24 AND Sunday 2/11/25

- Location: Flow Yoga & Wellness, Santa Barbara, CA

- Duration: Total 7 hours (DIVIDED INTO TWO SESSIONS)

- Session 1: Saturday 2/10/24, 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM

- Session 2: Sunday 2/11/24, 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM

- Tuition: $250
